Indian Seafood Cooking Class at
LG Kitchen in March Chef Joshua will be cooking with Indian Seafood with his favorite coastal Indian Recipes at his Indian Cooking Class in LG Kitchen
The ever enthusiastic Joshua will create masala fried calamari with mango chutney, Kerala-style banana wrapped spiced fish, marinated Madras fish curry with steamed rice and goan prawn curry and dosa (fermented rice and lentil crepe) and for dessert, a warm carrot Halwa (grated carrot slowly cooked with dried fruits and nuts in ghee).
