Chef Joshua John is a qualified Chef / Manager & Hospitality Consultant working in Hospitality Industry from1993. He has industry experience both from domestic and international, ranging from 5 stars to 3 star hotels. He has owned & managed INDIAN Restaurants in INDIA & Australia. His training career has been very successful in private & In TAFE (Swinburne) Institutes training International student and Apprentices
His Food & Wine Shows have been very successful as his passion is in training, He owns his Green Kitchen in Bundoora, teaching  wide range of cuisines
