Indian Cuisine - Indian Safood Cooking Master Class
The ever enthusiastic Joshua will create masala fried calamari with mango chutney, Kerala-style banana wrapped spiced fish, marinated Madras fish curry with steamed rice and goan prawn curry and dosa (fermented rice and lentil crepe) and for dessert, a warm carrot Halwa (grated carrot slowly cooked with dried fruits and nuts in ghee). Wines from Tanjil Wines will compliment Joshua's seafood menu perfectly.
